CacheCannon does not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal data.

This extension exists to clear your browser data, not harvest it.

CacheCannon stores only your preferences on your device using the browser's local storage API (storage.local). This data:

CacheCannon requests only the permissions necessary to function:

activeTab Read the current tab's URL for refresh / reopen / testing (only after you invoke the extension)

CacheCannon does not request the tabs or scripting permissions, and requests no host permissions.

Third-Party Services

CacheCannon can open third-party performance-testing websites (PageSpeed Insights, GTmetrix, WebPageTest, Pingdom, DebugBear, Yellow Lab Tools, or a custom URL) if you configure it to do so. Those websites have their own privacy policies. CacheCannon does not share any data with these services beyond opening a URL in your browser.
